All items sold on this store are hand‑made custom‑order products, individually produced in‑house based on customer‑provided images and requirements.

Minor deviations in color, print position and texture may exist due to manual production. These natural handmade variations are not product defects and cannot be grounds for return, refund or chargeback claim.

Custom‑made goods are final sale. Returns and refunds are not accepted, except for confirmed production errors or item damage upon arrival. Buyers must provide clear photo evidence within 7 calendar days after delivery for verification.

International duties, customs fees and import related charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We take no responsibility for customs detention, delivery delays or losses caused by carrier or local customs rules.
